Liccin provides an online platform for German language exam writing practice, covering TELC, Goethe-Zertifikat, and DTZ certification exams. Our Services include:

  • Premium features for paid users

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Purchase Terms

  • Free access provides one writing exercise with AI correction
  • Paid access unlocks unlimited writing practice and correction for a specific exam and level
  • Access is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase
  • Purchases are non-transferable

4.2 Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed through Paddle
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes
  • We do not store credit card information

4.3 Refund Policy

  • 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, unless you have accessed any exam materials or premium content.
  • Waiver of Cooling-Off Period: By accessing any exam materials or premium content, you acknowledge that you lose your right to the 14-day cooling-off period, as you have begun consuming the digital content.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that significantly impair your ability to use our Services, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion.
  • No Refunds for: used or partially used access, account terminations due to Terms violations, unauthorised sharing of credentials, or changes in exam requirements or personal circumstances.
  • Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted via email with detailed reasoning and your account information.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days through your original payment method.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

  • All content provided by Liccin is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission
  • Writing exercises and AI corrections are for personal use only

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share account credentials
  • Circumvent access restrictions
  • Copy or distribute exam materials
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Interfere with platform functionality
  • Upload malicious content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. AI Corrections

Our Services use artificial intelligence to correct and score your writing submissions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-powered corrections and scores are not infallible. They are provided for practice purposes and should not be taken as a guarantee of exam results.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

9. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high service uptime
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • We are not liable for service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party service failures, or internet connectivity issues

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee exam success, content accuracy, uninterrupted service, or third-party service availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B1CLASS LTD shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or data, service interruptions, third-party actions, or exam results.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on our website. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
